Does the AI book the time itself?
With Calendly, the AI texts the caller your scheduling link and they pick a time and book themselves. (If you'd rather the AI book the slot live during the call, our Square Appointments integration does exactly that.)
Which Calendly link does it send?
You choose. Connect Calendly, pick the scheduling link (event type) you want callers to use, and that's the one the AI sends.
How does the caller get the link?
By SMS to the number they're calling from, during or right after the call, so it's already on their phone when they hang up.
How long does setup take?
