Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the EsyDial service. By using EsyDial, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

The service

EsyDial provides AI call intelligence and an AI receptionist: answering, recording, transcribing and analysing calls, alerting on important calls, and related dashboard and integration features. We may update or improve the service over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of users you invite. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

  • You must use EsyDial lawfully and only for legitimate business calls.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that recording and monitoring of your calls is lawful, including notifying callers where required. EsyDial provides a consent announcement to assist.
  • You must not use the service to harass, defraud, or send unlawful communications.

Fees and billing

Fees are charged per location as described on our pricing page or in your order. Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Applicable taxes may be added.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may depend on third-party providers (such as telephony and AI providers) whose availability is outside our control.

Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of the calls you record and process through EsyDial.

Intellectual property

EsyDial and its software are owned by us. Your call data and business content remain yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or the fees paid for it.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement in accordance with your plan. On termination, you may request an export of your data, after which we may delete it in line with our retention practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
